Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.

To be eligible for in-store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase. Returns after 14 days will receive store credit. No returns after 30 days. The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the receive date. Please include the original receipt/invoice in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email. 

Once your return is processed, we will email you with your store credit that you can be used at www.themickspicks.com or in our store location in Dilworth, MN.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and gift card issued, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Returns within 14 days will receive a refund. After 14 days, store credit will be issues. No returns after 30 days. Shipping is not refunded. If return needs to be shipped back, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent a digital gift card to your email.
